Okay, so I made this pot of Lentil Chili ...
I know most are thinkin' ... ok, no big deal, right ...
however, in my household, this is a big deal, cause my hubby is a meat eater ...
and since I have given up eating meat, it is being a challenge to find things he will eat with me ...
but, WALA!!! this is one that he actually ask for a bowl of & truly enjoyed :)
YAY!!! there is hope at last.
It turned out deliscious and the house smelled so good while it was simmering in the pot ...
it will definitely be my go to chili dish from now on ...
and that is something for me, I have made the same chili recipe for more than four decades now :)
